Time Freedom for Busy Mum’s Hot Tip

I wanted to share with you one of my hot tips from a workshop I ran last night on ‘Time Freedom for Busy Mums’.

To get control of our ‘out-of-control’ lives we need to start to look at the underlying emotional causes that are reason why we feel overwhelmed and out of control on the outside.

It is about going inside to see what our internal thoughts and internal belief patterns are which are causing us on the outside to feel crazy, out of control and like we are not getting anything done.

An example of this is if you feeling like you are not good enough, a not good enough Mother or a not good enough partner or whatever it maybe in your life. By focusing on these feelings of not being good enough, which are our internal feelings, we are able to make changes to these feeling on the inside.  Allowing us to feel more confident in our abilities and more in control of what is going on. At the end of the day, when you feel calmer on the inside it shows on the outside and life does tend to flow easier.

We need to continue to look at our internal feelings before we can focus on our external world.  Once we are able to make these changes internally, these will then reflect to the outside world.

Focusing on our internal emotions is what is important. Take your focus away from the emotion and drama that our crazy busy lives bring us. Make the change to focus on what is important and what we can change to ultimately make those long lasting changes to our lives.
